BODYPUMP™ BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for.
BIKES, BUTTS AND GUTS This class brings the best of two worlds to participants: Starting with a 30-minute heart-racing Spinning session, you’ll move on to an incredible core workout for the final 30 minutes, including myofascial work with foam rollers.
BUTTS AND GUTS Build a beautiful bootie and awesome abs with this 45-minute class geared toward everyone’s most "help me, please!" body parts
CARDIO KICKBOXING This high intensity workout focuses on all the major muscle groups by incorporating varied kickboxing moves. You can burn tons of calories and increase your flexibility with this action-packed cardio workout!
CARDIO PUMP Brief intervals of aerobic exercise combined with comprehensive strength training. We work everything, and have FUN doing it!
HAPPY HOUR YOGA De-stress from the week’s workplace woes without spending a lot of money at the bar! We use classic Yoga moves and concepts to "work out" the stress and leave the body refreshed and ready for the weekend.
HORIZONTAL CONDITIONING The hardest workout you'll ever do - tighten your body from the inside out using mostly body weight and a few props.  Are you up for the challenge?!
LATIN SPIN Come ride with us to the heart-pounding beat of great Latin music...  Indoor cycling with a twist!
INTRO TO NIA NIA (Non-Impact Aerobics) combines simple, repetitive movements from Tai Chi, Tae-Kwon-Do, Aikido, Jazz, Ballet, Modern Dance and Yoga. Warm up muscles, raise your heart rate, tone and strengthen, accompanied by upbeat international music!  Come try this 30 min. intro class, and see what you’ve been missing!!!
PILATES WITH MELANIE This classic Pilates class taught by one of the country’s best Pilates practitioners attracts everyone from the mellow fitness participant to the hardcore athlete. It is a wonderful presentation of one of the fastest-growing fitness trends of the decade.
STEP This highly choreographed workout takes place on-and-off a step platform. You’ll work hard and have fun, burning calories and improving endurance and coordination.
SPINNING® (indoor cycling) Ride with best! Strong and varied teachers focus on your success as a cyclist. Spinning can burn from 400-650 calories in 45 minutes if you work to your max – and your heart and legs will be stronger for it. All levels welcome.
TAIL-SPIN We’ve added a special "ending" to two of our SPINNING classes – designed to take care of your own tails! 30 minutes of the Spinning you come to for the sweat effect, ending with 30 minutes (off the bike) devoted to glutes and legs.
YOGA Develop strength and flexibility while integrating body, mind & spirit.  Friendly to all levels... Beginners welcome!
FACIAL YOGA Tighten & tone the face and neck with this series of exercises designed to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and aging.  The ultimate natural facelift!
FLOW YOGA (Beginning/Intermediate levels, offered Sunday evening) This 90-minute class incorporates sun salutations, standing and balance poses, challenging ab and additional floor work for beginning to intermediate students.     
YOGA FLOW Yoga Flow integrates basic Yoga asanas with a calm and connected breath to reach students of all levels. The class helps you to become more grounded emotionally and physically.
ZUMBA®™ Movement, style, exhilaration, Latin-dance inspired fitness with hot (hot, hot!) instructors! Dig into a little salsa, mambo, cha-cha and more for a fun workout that doesn’t even seem like you’re working!
